Why? CO2 is a naturally occuring a required for life compound on the earth.

Reducing "CO2 targets" has what to do with anythin goutside of bogus "global warming" crap exactly?

Whats next? Car companies are going to start removing trees around the globe to "reduce their carbon footprint"?
