Default Why isnt my cpu running at full speed
i have
e6300 core2duo cpu @1.86ghz

with

Intel DG965Wh motherboard

when i use cpu-z and other program
it is showing i am running at 1.6ghz

what the fuccccccc
and this motherboard cant overclock or anything
