CREW of the new Bond movie Casino Royale smashed up £500,000 worth of 007 cars in one AFTERNOON. Three identical Aston Martin DBSs were flipped on their roofs during shots for a high-speed Alpine chase. And within hours of the start of filming, the special edition V12 Astons created for the movie were wrecks. The British car maker created the DBS for new 007 Daniel Craig, 38. It is not on sale, but experts say one would cost at least £165,000. A source for the 21st Bond movie said: “These are easily the most amazing James Bond cars yet. They look incredible and cost a fortune. Unfortunately we had to smash three to pieces. “It’s exactly the sort of thing James Bond would do. “And in the style of 007, our stunt driver walked away without a scratch.” The customised cars — which can do 0-60mph in four seconds — had special pistons built underneath to flip them over at the Millbrook Vehicle Proving Ground in Bedford.
