A sticky question F40 vs 275GTB/4

On another point.
My friend is seriously considering selling the 275GTB/4 and buying an F40.
His reason:
He has had the 275 for 25 years.
He has driven the F40 and say that it is amazing. He can't afford to just buy one and selling the Daytona is not enough money.

Furthermore he'd like to enjoy the F40's performance before he is too old to really enjoy it.

So I am creating a poll. What do you think?
Should he sell the 275 for the F40, or wait 10years to possibly buy the F40?
He does not really want to sell the daytona. My thoughts are that if he wants the F40 that badly, he could sell both 275 and daytona to buy an F40 and a concourse, plexiglass daytona...
