A bit late with this update, been sick with the flu most of the week so not much time.

Anyway, so this is the first AMG I've ever been in - usually I aim a bit higher.

I have to admit I came away a little disappointed after spending a few hours with this car. Sure it accelerates like crazy for such a heavy car, but there is no excitement in the way it does it.....not sure how to explain but its just a little "boring" for me. :bah:

It makes a great sound when you really give it some, but just cruising around town you couldn't tell you have a supercharged V8 under the hood......kinda cool I suppose.

The interior is very nice and comfortable, but again lacking the flare and excitement of something Italian.

So in the end if I had ~$250K to spend on a car then the AMV8, 997, RS4, E60 M5 would all come before this - although I haven't been in the other cars to compare, but hopefully soon.
