testing new camera mount

got a new camera mount the other day, and since I dont have a video camera yet, im using the video clip mode on my still shot digicam. Quality isnt the greatest, and it has to be in .mov, but it is what it is. Tell me what you guys think.

right click and save as--> http://www.thefileplace.com/Movies/jeremy.mov

if you look closely, you can see the reflection of my face off of the tach.
