Sony sued over illegal use of vibrating devices

Sort of.. not really latest news, but I didn't hear about it before. Today I was at the store since my US PS2 died (first generation, bought the week it came out in the US), so I need a new one. And my friend there told me about this thing and the fact the PS2 sales could be stopped in the US..

Does somebody has more news about it? They said the injuction is suspended.. but it was a couple of weeks ago:
