Anyone know about the M.S. Racing exhaust for the f50?

Ok so im trying to talk my dad into this exhaust, and it has seemed to caught his interest. Was wondering if anyone knows if there is a U.S. distributer or even a European would help(pretty much wondering if there is another place to buy it besides japan), kinda hard to read japanese Also was wondering if the exhaust is all titanium?
