if you need a visa, than maybe you could get one? I'm 19 and I have a visa. all you need is a bank account (well you probably need to have some money in it too ).
Ah thougth you had to have an income to get a VISA card (because you can get under zero) and it's quite stupid to pay for a VISA card for just a magazine...
