Analog steering wheel

i love 2 types of games primarily, 1rst person shooters, which works great with a keyboard/mouse..... and racing games

im wondering what would be a good option for under 200$ USD
ive played a few.... most recently, the MAD Catz which was terrible! even with sensetivity options... not one setting felt right

im looking for some good force feedback feel, and sensetivity that feels somewhat realistic... costomization would be helpful
