Just watched that elsewhere and it was painful to watch. The fact that everyone there seemed to be, initially at least, just as clueless, made it that much more painful.

His clutch must have already been on the way out as it is - perhaps he made a habit of riding the clutch because its really hard to NOT spin the tyres in these cars

Reminded me of an old vid of a guy passed out drunk at the wheel of his audi with the pedal to the metal in neutral. Nice job lol

This is even worse, as he was sober.

I bet he has done previous "burnouts' like this before - how else could his clutch be so bad that it slips this bad and burns up in 10 seconds.

Good point..

I saw this earlier today and could not believe how much it hurt to watch. So many things wrong with both the driver and the guy behind the camera.

The Clutch was already toast, that is why he is at the Mechanic's, Not a Tire Store!!! He fooled everyone on this Blog... Now Who is the bigger Idiot???

One of the comments on the video, lol.

But honestly... how could you not notice that the smoke was NOT coming from the tires -facepalm-

Thats a flat out lie - because what mechanic would allow an under warrantee car to be subject to possible catastrophic failure by burning the clutch up?

The cover up is worse than the crime - as usual LOL

Not positive but at the end of the video he also yanked the e-brake handle up, which would've been pretty stupid to do after a burnout... luckily it was the clutch hahaha
