I like the SVT Focus and like said earlier the Cadillac's are some sweet ass cars I love the DTS especially.

the guy that built the engine is the same guy that built EVILMR (some of the aussies here may have heard of it) an 11 sec lancer with almost 300kw at the wheels which was featured in a recent issue of ZOOM magazine

Yeah I have seen it,But there is couple of cars in The Hunter region just like that lancer with the same mods.2 are from Cessnock and the other 2 in newcastle and 1 mitsubishi 1983 colt from Maitland..
The colt belongs to a justin that proably works at Rx engineering in Maitland, www.rxengineering.com I know for sure this thing runs easy 11seconds with its 4g63B and I think its had been in Zoom.

The others have been in Hot4s..Actually alot of cars from newcastle have been in Hot4s.(just shows that Newcastle is rice Capital of australia.)..I need to get some more details on them,.

I'm 100% sure it is RWD because my mom test drove one (I was also in the car) and it was about the shittiest car you could get in the snow (unless you like poerslides----my mom doesn't lol).

cadilac's Deville (DTS), Seville (STS) are completely FWD
the xlr, CTS, CTS-V are RWD... and the escilade is 4x4.... i think the STS is still in production.
i live in a major winter geographical local... i still perfer RWD in the snow to FWD. powerslides ROCK!!!

I'd have to take my last FWD car before my S4: A 1993 Saab 9000 Aero. It was a wheel spinning beast but tons of fun as such

this is quite likely, i dont know much about the 4x4 layout of the suburban/tahoe/h2/escalade
i just found out the STS is converting to RWD in 05, but is still a FWD for current production

The Escalade is available with RWD and an AWD system designed primarily for on-road use. Its a full time system.

It seems also a lot of people love the Alfa 147. There are no Alfa here in the U.S so I can't comment on that. I've heard that the Alfa's reputation as a poor man's Ferrari though from few friends overseas. I wonder Alfa didn't bring their cars into the U.S though. I would love to give that car a try.

The 147 is a sweet lookin car. Saw a Top Gear review of it and they panned it pretty good, but Jeremy Clarkson still said he'd take it over an R32 :roll:

They actually were going to and then made a quick about face about a month or two ago.

Ask gm why.. They own a nice chunck of alfa.

Alfa is owned by Fiat, but GM made a major investment in Fiat recently.
