That looks like a straight stretch of road. That kind of makes it more worrying.

The R8 doesnt stand back from the Gallardo in any way other than for bragging rights owning a lambo...
In fact the R8 prototype with the V10 where faster than the murci so its not a worse car in any way, its just the badge and both the Gallardo and the R8 share alot of the same engineering....

If somebody asks you what car you drive and you say its a Lamborghini you get a different response then when you say I drive an Audi.

So you are a fan boy then...
Uh no, because I like Audi's too..

I was just talking about its image..

And like said why would they make it exactly the same as the Gallardo? Nobody will even bother going for the Lambo then..

If the Gallardo wasn't there, just would have been a completely different story..

This R8 is mid-engine with an axle load distribution of 44:56 in favour of the rear axle. Thus, the point that you want to raise here is that you are a clown or your lack of automobile knowledges...or perhaps both.

No - point is that those claims are false and they specially engineered in oversteering characteristics into the car.

SInce you are the new resident expert I am sure you are aware, it is actually possible to dial over or understeer into any chassis layout - so having the engine in the rear or midships does nto guarentee a predisposition to oversteer.

I seem to recall a zero understeer AWD yellowbird with an engine all the way in the back; while another AWD 911 was more point and shoot otherwise you die understeer event...
