I have stocks, but none I can trade on nasdaq or nyse.
last trade today was 6.63...in 2001 it topped 80, that's alot to recover....then again, going in now at the bottom, you pretty much have to up.

I'm a big share market investor, and my rule is never listen or go by a friends "tips" on shares. No offence to you but you really have to do your own research when it comes to things like this.
Anyway I only deal in the ASX so I wouldn't be able to follow your tip even if I wanted too.
Good luck though.

I thought this was about clothing at first...
I personally don't trade in stocks, despite being vaguely interested in such concepts. The primarily reason why I don't do it is because I don;t have enough money to make it remarkably worthwhile. Another reason is because I entered a stockbroking competition when I was in Year 11 and made around $3000 from an initial principal sum of $50000. In other words, I am bad at this.

unfortunately I spend my money on frivolous objects - cars, gadgets, toys - that leaves me in no position to invest in stocks and shares. ops:
But heck can you rev a stock to 7500 rpm?

I think investing in stocks generally involves a lot of time and patience. Something which I discovered during that competition.

takes barely anytime at all if you go through a broker, I have a full-time job so no time to sit around and watch share prices.
The fact this broker happens to be my brother helps in a few ways too.

Yeah, but then you have to pay the broker. Maybe I should hang out more with Commerce students.
