Default Car damage

In a freakish accident this afternoon, managed to partially rip off the left side skirt, leaving it pretty much dangling off the car. Not thinking of getting it replaced. How much would you reckon it would take to get a panelbeater to tack it back on? The brackets to hold it on have been wrecked; only a few remain.

just cable tie it back in place yourself.....since it seems you're not worried about the look.

What type of car is this?

I thought of that as well, but that's really only a short-term fix.

It's a Mazda 3 Maxx Sport. The side skirt is part of the body kit. It's not even my car, it belongs to my dad.
