Anyone heard about "instrument cluster malfunction"

I have a '02 Audi TT CQ, and I'm very pleased with it (even made some minor modifications), but I just found a site describing lots of troubles (http://www.myttsucks.com ) with a TT.

Anyone else have heard/experienced similar troubles??

well if you have seen the topgear with tiff that discribes the problems with the earlier TT's. Apprently at high speeds they where very unstable and terrible at the limit and as a result road deaths where becoming a common thing amoung TT drives. So Audi revised the TT added a rear spoiler, traction control, stiffer suspentions to make the car more of a sports car.
The problems where surposed to be ironed out in the 'o2 so you should be safe. As for other problems i dont know. Audi are known for good quality cars so i cant see why it cant be as good as a boxster.

Yes, I'm very pleased with my car, but now that is about to reach the 30,000 km mark I'm a little worried about the electrical issues the site above describes. Regarding overall performance and comfort of my car I don't have the slightest complain

all u can really do is keep on the lookout for anything abnormal go get it checked if you're really paranoid
