DVD R's
I accidently bought these and now i have a shit load of them on my desk. Is there anyway I can burn stuff onto them? What program do I use? Im use to burning CDRs with roxio. But since i put the DVDRs into it it just won't burn.

The most popular program would be Nero.
Not sure which version of Roxio you have, it should support DVDR as well, unless your burner doesn't.

Hopefully you bought the right ones because your burner must be compatible with that format. See if it is "-R" or "+R" first.
Are you on a Mac, since you are using Roxio? Luckly all of the newer Macs have dual format burners.

The difference is marginal now. But more DVD players support "-R" than "+R".
