Could be a kit car yes, but obviously I have no idea really. The rear lights are Supra's ones, but beside that, it could be anything really!

It must be some sort of prototype?
Supra rear lights, BMW front lights, and what looks like 91 front celica indicators? Quad exhuast, massive air duct on the roof, Seems to be mid-engined, looks well built......i'll have to do some searching.

Just a wild guess, could it be a variation of that swiss "Supercar" with a tuned volvo T5? Can't remember the name of it, saw it featured on Auto Motor und Sport a while back.
Edit: never mind, the car doesn't look like the Orca SC7 at all  ops:
