Drag Race : 2005 Bombay Speed Run, 20th Feb (Pics)

Sunday saw the final leg of the Bombay Speed Run 2005. Any motoroport events are

rare in India till recently Carting and Drag Races gathered steam apart from the

odd races held at Chennai. Well being just 3 years old...the turnout of

participants was over 500 entries which was phenomenal.

^^ Well sorry for posting in the wrong section....u see i dont start many topics in the forum ....as for the track day...well all i can say is ..it was chaotic as for the event management goes.....but was a great day overall for me....we dont get to see these kinda cars everyday here in India...not many are there.
You guys wont believe this but this Ferrari 360 is the only 3rd 360 in my city.

Wooopss goofed up ops: ...u see there was a mad rush there and a the turnoout of spectators was much much more than what the organisers had expected...so i never got to get into the spectators enclosure and thus never managed to catch even a single race....although for the times ive heard that there was a particlar Mitsubishi Lancer (Indian Model) tuned by a firm that clocked the days and events fastest time among the cars..was some 11 odd seconds...surprising isnt it

Nice to see some good cars in india 8) The white Impreza is sexy, and the C6 must be very rare. Shame you didn't get pics of all the cars in the list... some of them sound pretty nice
