Lol if you want a machine for your country check this web www.artictrucks.is , an iceland company that modifies 4x4 for trips across north pole or south pole...

AWESOME !!!

In the Extreme Machines 4x4 discovery channel dvd there is a chapter about this company ...

wow, i used to adore this car when Back to the Future came out (I was like 7 years old guys, come on!). it may be poor quality, but it is just so unique, and cool. oh, and that stainless steel skin is notorious for rusting, and getting dirty. and there were two gold plated versions made, both sold throught the macy's catalog. one is privately owned and stored, the other one is on display in a bank in texas somewhere (had the link). its in an air-tight container in the middle of the bank. nobody has touched it in like 20 years, and it elongs to the owner of the bank.

DeLorean had many problems, that's why they never really succeded, the company closed down and the cars now sell relatively cheap...

The DeLorean was automotive industry's greatest flaw...together with Ford's Edsel...

The car had so many problems that the only reason to buy one would be the cocaine that John Z DeLorean smuggled under the front seats (he was indicted...)

The doors, crammed with electronics, air conditioning and glass were held up only by a pathetic gass strut....only ONE!!! Of course, it's needless to say that the doors had imense problems...
Climate control was so bad, that coupled with the pathetic small windows (which also broke a lot), the cabin temperatures were extremely high....
Stainless steel body meant the car came in only one colour, and it was impossible to clean....

Not even Back to The Future saved this car...however I must adimit it's quite futuristic!!

That doesn't make any sense. Stainless steel is rust proof.

This car represents a major flop in the car industry.....
Because of his engine, that didn´t have enough power to give the car reasonable performance figures.
