Default Nice C5R look-a-like

I was on my way to the store, and there I see a nice Corvette that resembles a C5R. I had to stop and take pictures with my camera phone.
(sorry about poor quality)

Let's hope it puts out more than the stock 350 crank HP that the coupe normally does...

A little too much on the "rice" side for my liking. In this cars, IMO, it would look better stock.

ok.... only the second Vette that doesnt get my AOK aproval rating

why?!??
the only real modifiations which are visible are to the front facia, headlights, and rear wing.... the C5R has much more visible aero modifications up through the hood... among other parts.... the wheels dont appear stock either.

to many stickers which im sure he isnt paid to have on the car.

the engine may prove me wrong, but this car only would appear to handle slightly better with the aero package, and overal , be slower then a standard vette.

what a waste

I don't know anything about the car really. He lives in the area and the car sounds a lot more beefier than a stock vette but that doesn't mean much. And SnowboarderTom, I think he was just stopping there for a temporary reason. When I was coming back from the store, he was gone. I still don't understand why he parked it there though.

Well - we can't see a roll cage - so we can assume then it is not a sub 11s 1/4 mile car.. at least that it has never run that speed twice... and with that in mind (and since you can't race a car with other teams sponsor decals) it would not appear to be an actual race-ready car ---- but one can only hope that it is not all show and no go....
