Default Can anyone recommend a usb memory key/stick?

I'm looking for a new Usb memory key 256mb-512mb basically can anyone recommend a good make or particular model too look for?(there are alot) as the first 128mb model that came free with my laptop broke after 3 months. i don't want that too happen again so i need quality!!!

iomega seems good. i see my friend puts it on his key-ring. it gets some brutal bashing and it still works. he's been using for few years now. good thing is they don't have moving parts so no matter you chuck it around, it will still work.

i did have a sony one, but they're bit chunky

cheers for the responses guys sorry i haven't checked this topic for a while, i'm checking both companies out as i definately need one for this summer for downloading and uploading as my only Broadband internet connection back home is through the local library, but it is free!

Yeah but i think it may make it a bit more obvious what i'm using the free service for as i'm guessing a portable HD would be quite a bit bigger I'll look into it though, the only problem is you are only allowed on the computer for an hour at a time really so i would have to upload/ download any big files i chunks anyway. Though we're already looking into getting NTL cable internet next year in our house at uni, though it won't be as quick as my current LAN connection
