Ciao e benvenuto the mini in your avatar is yours?

I know the Works kit is expensive, but remember it is the only one that actually let you keep the factory warranty Hartge, BBR and others offer some other great powerkits, but IMO it's worth to invest some more and keep your warranty or at least if you want to save something, wait for it to end

Well since the copper s is supercharged you might want to try changing the pulley to get more boost out of it .

Also if it doesn't have one you can always add an intercooler. Reduced intake temperatures do wonders for power.

Pretty sure it does have an intercooler - albeit quite a small one =)

Hey

Take a look at www.minisport.com. They offers a complete kit which deliver about the same power as the works edition. You will lose warranty, but it cheaper.

If you can buy MiniWorld in Italy, there are a couple of company's that sells kits like these.

I have also read something about a german company that developed a turbocharged Cooper S (200+bhp), but can't in what magazine it was in

Hope that will help!

As someone said probably hartge will be one of your best bets, you may loose your warranty but i dont think theres been many complaints with this package.

Ask about on www.mini2.com , theres a lot of people on there who have had many different conversions, im sure they'll help you out
