if he did manage to pull that amount of speed off he has alot of skill!
but i seriousley doubt he was doing that speed..

Tilley was clocked at Indy car speeds by a State Patrol pilot flying overhead, stopwatch in hand.
|
This is without a doubt the MOST inaccurate way to measure someones speed.
And from a plane.
Understandably the states that employ the method are notorious for revenue collection this way.
