The fact that it was pretty much a Monaro bodied C5-R racing against 996 GT3 R's for outright win would make it dominate. The cars should have been in different classes. The biased Australian rule makers just wanted the Monaro to win - in turn killing the Bathurst 24hr by their hilarious and ignorant rule making. What a tragedy.

Great to watch...but how were these Monaro's running away from a Mosler? That just seems odd...i guess it could have been damaged or something.

The monaro did beat the mosler's at bathurst
