Bugatti Veyron Pegaso Edition

Possibly one of the rarest Bugatti Veyrons on the planet was spotted at a car show in Dubai sporting an equally rare United Arab Emirates ‘1’ license plate. You’d think that only the Sheik would have enough influence to own such a car and number plate but info sourced from Autoblog.nl suggest that the car is owned by a Russian project developer living in Dubai. Other cars said to be in his collection include a SLR McLaren, Pagani Zonda, Maybach 62, Ferrari F430, Lamborghini Murcielago, Hummer H2 and a G55 Mercedes. Some reports also suggest that the special Pegaso Veyron develops more power than the official 1,001hp figure, with most estimates around the 1,200hp mark. Pegaso was a Spanish coachbuilder that built a series of luxurious sports cars during the 1950s and worked closely with Ferrari and Alfa Romeo during this time.

That engine in my opinion is the worlds best and to say that they can extract more power out of it does not suprise me at all, just a thought thethyres which are on the veyron what is the top speed they can handle and will the power increase effect top speed or does the gearing only allow for 252 mph??

Not the best color combination, but it somehow looks stunning, esp. the interior with the custom seats. But i don´t believe it has increased power, because this would require an even better cooling system. I don´t think Bugatti is yet finished with the development of the higher power output.

Nice car, but the reports about a tuned engine are BS. It might anyway produce 1100 hp, since every Veyron is closer to 1100 than the understated official 1001...

^ Actually, the engine produces 3000 bhp, but loses 2000 bhp on the drivetrain and on the cooling systems. Don't say it's bullshit rightaway!

I don't like the color of that Veyron. Bicolor still is not good. 1001 or 1200 hp, I don't think it makes a big difference.
