Default Damon Hill's Recent Comments About F1

I'm pretty muched shocked that Damon said he hasn't watched an F1 race in years because of the 'corporate ethos'. Okay, corporate ethos not a great thing, but its in every sport (especially football!). But why use that as an excuse not to watch?

After his surname is much respected (well from his father, Damon was an alrite racer but not world champ material) and the comments on Senna's death on the 10th anniversary that it 'could have been his fault' someone needs to bitch slap him and put him in place :x

I think he must be talking about the fact that there are more manufacturers in F1 today versus the dedicated racing teams like McLaren, Williams, Jordan.

Its Damon's loss if he is not watching F1 - he missed an awesome season - 2005

He's just another non-world champ who wants to run his mouth off. Personally I just ignore people like that and pay most attention to the action on the track.

Exacly - and I agree with him

... but this doesn't mean I've stopped watching F1
