Here's my problem: Rocky was by all accounts retarded in 5, now after that Tommy Gunn street fight he should be a vegitable. Therefore Stallone can't ignore that fact - so Rocky will be even more "delayed" = annoying.
Not to mention - what's this movie going to be about? The very Title; Rocky Balboa suggests a sort of retrospective, but who the hell wants to see that? Most saw the other movies... Boresville - Plus, who could he possibly fight now? Everyone's dead!

All the rest of them sucked...

Id argue thats more likely to work. Connery is still distinguished, hell he looks pretty much the same... And its not like James Bond ever did a bunch of martial arts (of course the stunts, but hes pulled them off in other recent movies).. Indiana Jones though.. or a boxer...

funny enough when Rocky I came out nobody had a computer at home, when
Rocky V came out the public internet not even existed...
