WTF.. We are fast maybe to fast..
I never though I would say this but I think someone saw a bugatti here in the UAE.. It got a private plate number meaning it belongs to someone and it is not a test mule..
How ?? I though this car was not release yet.. ??

Wasn't there an all-black Veyron prototype? Maybe it's doing desert testing...since many of the buyers must be from the UAE and Bahrain, etc...
or, the delivery has begun, Veyron has been on sale for such a long time too and maybe Bugatti doesn't want to announce the first delivery like that.

I am 100% sure it is not a test car because of the plate number. Most of the test mule car that come over here got Dubai plate numbers but this one does not have Dubai plate numbers it got Abu Dhabi plate numbers and that;s were the really really really high paying people live.. So it might be as dani_d_mas said the concept car and someone bought it..

What if somebody simply managed to buy one of the prototypes or pre-production models?

A long time ago, Ferdinand Piech said that someone put a deposit for the first Veyron to be produced for twice the normal price so maybe it is time to be delivered
The production is supposed to begin in september ... or august for the guy ready to buy it 2 Million €

i always thought the bugatti was a bit fickle in the pics.. but when you see it in RL it must be mind blowing. even the back end in that pic is starting to become appealing.
also i just read this article and it does say that they will be delivered to costomers in september.. either way its getting close to selling the actual production car
however it did say:
Unchanged on the series version of the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 is the classical two-tone paintwork. The designers have selected five separate colour combinations for the car: Each of the combinations features the bonnet, roof and rear in the darker of the two colours, with the sides and front wheel arches in the lighter colour.

and that bugatti is not 2-tone so i guess its a pre production model or even a concept
from what ive gathered the colours are black/blue black/red black/yellow black/orange and i think the last is a black/silver i heard it somewhere but dont quote me on it
either way that car is going to look mad on the street

it's very unlikely that Bugatti will force people to have those color schemes on their million euro + cars. i'm sure you can have it in (possibly) any color you want.
