the early Z Cars were so great.....what the fuck happened to the new ones?
the only thing i don't like about the new ones is the way they stick in wet weather. I seemed to have to most fun in my 240Z going around wet corners and goosing the throttle just a bit I miss that little car...::SIGH::

i need to find another one. Still want an Orange 350 though

yeah, i drove it when it was first released. My step-dad and i took one for a spin in Phoenix. Only thing i didn't reall like at the time was how close the 6spd gates are. i missed 3rd and went straight into 5th a couple of times because i was so used to how spaced the 4spd of the 240 was.

After talking to some of the other 350 owners they said how hard it was to get their cars loose in the rain. I think they would have like it if it were wasier to powerslide in (those little 240's. 60's and 80's were the best to slide in IMO)
Other than that i was pretty satisfied with its grip levels. I still felt like it was begging to go faster in the turns (some things never change ). Honestly i think Nissan did a pretty good job with the cross market appeal. They got some of the old enthusiasts and managed to infect the younger crowd with the Z bug ( a condition you never recover from )

i'm sure you can powerslide the 350z. it seemed like the tail would be pretty wag-friendly
thats the appearance all the Z's gave off, and most of them backed it up easily. (i have my reservations about the 280ZX)

I think the traction control the 350 recieved along with its 14 or so suspension patents kind of makes it a bit difficult. I don't remember if they have an off button for it or not ( i hope so) I dare not go down to my dealer's used lot where there are 2 residing because if i drive it, i might try and buy it. ( i'm driving a mercury villager that i used to move here from Seattle  i need to get out of it but i don't need a car payment)
I'm still waiting to see if Nissan is going to go Twin Turbo with it or not though. I think that will get quite exciting. And is it me, or do the 350's look damn sexy as a roadster with the top down
