612 media pics
 pics
edit: added some CS pics as well...
so, as promised, here´re some of the pics off the customer CD a friend gave me…
he´ll probably get his Scaglietti in summer so maybe i´ll post some more stuff then…
why “probably”, although he admitted that it´s a great car there´re too many annoying details for a € 220k car, so he hasn´t really decided yet…
so, he already test drove a 612 at a dealer in germany, and here´re his key points what he thought about the Scaglietti:
pros:
very nice exterior design
extremely powerful engine
much more space than in the 465M
very nice instrument layout ( Enzo like )
unfortunately much more cons:
very little seat space at drivers seat for taller ppl, also at the back seats, too little space for legs, space for head is very good.
steering wheel is too high positioned, when it´s lowered the instruments are covered.
bad quality of the leather joints
plastic instead of aluminium
too much throttle pedal travel without any response
in the city kinda annoying sifting behaviour especially stop-and-go, and with the reverse gear
kinda diffuse steering, always some minor corrections necessary.
very neutral handling but too heavy when driving really fast…
and what he missed the most: the typical Ferrari sound…

Tahnks for the pics man why doesn´t your friend test drive a DB9, maybe that would have fewer cons or what else is he planning to get if he doesn´t get the Scaglietti?
BTW, I like these wheels a lot

he definitely want an italian ride, so Quattroporte is another good alternative, like my wife he´s into real estate so he needs a 4-seater...
he had an 456M before ( ...i think i have some pics of the car at the dealer...don´t know...) so the Scaglietti would suit him fine...
i suggested him a Cayenne Turbo but he shares the same opinion about it like many other ppl....unfortunately....

....maybe sounds a bit "macho", but these cars are way too common here, and i believe he doesn´t really like Benz even the AMG one´s...
he´s the typical Ferrari/italian guy, you know, MS is the best, Ferrari is far better than anything else, Porsche sucks,......
nevertheless, he´s a cool guy, i like him a lot...

I thought the Scaglietti was as much 4 seater as a DB9 or a Continental GT, only two adults and two kids cause the rear seats are too small.

...i´´m afraid you won´t get the stuff by just asking at your dealer, he´s quite a loyal customer and had Ferraris from time to time, so he got the stuff from his dealer because he knew that he´s interested on buying a Scaglietti...
sorry, no further material on the CS...
