Wonder what Jeremy will say about the C6... consider he doesn't like corvettes. At least we got to hear what Richard has to say about it first.

I say 1.25:8
Should be quick anyway I'll be disapointed if its slower than 1.28

That's surprising they can lap the C6 in england now, even before we can read any article about it being driven in the magazines !!

IMO, this show how important Top Gear is, even for Americans.

Chevrolet Corvette C6 - shockingly bad.

Beaten by a TVR 350C & a NSX in a drag race and slower around the track than a Mit Evo.... not to mention leaf spring rear suspension, poor quality interior and paper thin bodywork.

No wonder no one wants one in Europe

I know that the C6 dint get a too good review on top gear, BUT.. 40grand!! thats not bad! and it seemed to drift nicely, also that see though display thing was cool!
Was abit tacky tho when jeremy was poking the back of the car and bodyshell was moving
And that drag race was really cool!! go TVR!!

How the hell does it lose to an NSX? It has more torque and power. It isn't that much heaver than the NSX... That seems wrong...

the c5 wouldnt lose to the mit evo.. dont know how the c6 would. also dont see how the nsx could win a drag race against it either.
an evo will do better in the real world of a bumpy street.. but on a track it should be eaten alive thanks to its awd which is a benefit over bumps but a hinderance on a track.

That can get you an EVO which is faster then the C6. According to the provided info.
