A very cool car and an even cooler car to the test. Couldn't right click and save as, nor use DAP, so I had to left click. No problem though. Sweet video, I love to see those cars drive by on normal roads. Compared to the M5, the RS6+ turns out quite a disappointment. Bummer. Thanks for the video Knot!

OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHH MAN!! Sweet vid!! The best M5 action yet, it looks so controlable at the limit! And that launch control just sounds fuckin amazing!! If ever i'd doubted that the M5 would be the car it should be, they have now been quashed!

Definitely the best E60 M5 vid so far, and probably the longest.
regarding the comment about the M5's 'driftability', the review of it in Autocar states that although it is harder to provoke a slide with the new M5, they feel it is probably the most stable in a slide of any road car that they have yet driven (and Autocar has the sideways challenge!).

Well, I live in Canada, and just received my Sept. 14 Autocar, where they did their initial review of the E60 M5 on it's own. Thanks for the scan though - now I know what to look forward to for next week!
Someone will probably tell you that the mag scan is in the wrong section or something

No problem
But what i prefer is a test/video of the e60 m5 just like a guy made this video of his s2000.
- around the car standing still
- under the hood, revving the engine
- driving by with a camera standing along the side of the road
- burning away with the camera behind the car standing still
http://home.planet.nl/~sjaro/Honda_S2000_Modified.wmv
Anyone got an e60 m5 available?
