But I haven't even mastered the Immelmann loop yet!

I did some quick research and it seems that a corporate jet around the same age costs about $8m - $18 million depending on lots and lots of stuff like airframe hours, size, etc... $1.5 million seems a little low. Totally ignoring the fact that it takes a crew of specially trained Air Force engineers to keep that bird in the air - Assuming I could just pop the hood and tinker around with it. I doubt it's airworthy.

Yet the thought of a takeoff from my local municipal airport at full afterburner makes me chuckle.

A man can dream.

Its far too cheap for an aviation legend! And even if you buy it you wont be able to fly it for long due to lack of spare parts. You know those fighters are like F1 cars, many parts need to be replaced many times during its life. But if I had that kind of money I would certainly buy it! A Su-27 that cannot fly can be worth 1.5 M for me.

Interesting. I doubt it will actually work very well, but it would still be cool as a static display.

Seller's feedback is primarily a buyer. So pretty risky to paypal 1.5 mil to the Ukraine.
I would expect more photos, maybe with the cover off.

Even if he has physical control of the plane does he have a valid title, as apposed to just snapping a picture one day at an air base.

Good way to kill yourself.
