cool swap, kudos to who ever done the work, but its a pointless swap, the Rb26DETT is more than capable of making huge horsepower

it would be neat if they stuck a 5.6 titan motor in there with a couple turbos

Might have better weight distribution with that engine. The RB26 is an iron block straight 6, so it will be longer than an aluminum block LS1 block.

not a bad idea imagine the torque!

I'd rather throw a 3.2 litre stroker kit on a N1 block keeping with the straight 6 and wack on 2 T04z's turbos...

Not these. Not these mongrel cars... I'm afraid this isn't the only Nissan with LS1 I've heard of...

Probably why it was done - the LSx is lighter and shorter in length and height than many other engines of a smaller displacement (thanks to the pushrods )

Not with a Nissan. Ford - Chevy swaps I can tolerate, but Nissan?

sticking a small block chevy into a skyline would vastly improve the car even if it did do any sort of injustice to the engine itself (which I'm sure would feel more at home in a muscle car of some sort.)

Impressive, but... isn't the Skyline engine more than capable of doing the same hp???

I love these Japanese imports with LS1's in them.. You never expect a rice rocket to sound like that

Only thing is, I doubt its still got the Attessa AWD system.. but then again, RWD only isn't really a problem
