I love that setup.

Great lookign car - don't mind all these pussy Lambo haters...

I would buy a $70,000 Testarossa or Countach --- IF you didn't need a third investment account just to keep the bastards running...

As that video posted a couple days showed (as mentioned - Cannon Ball Run V12 music) that V12 would be a pleasure just to run up and down the gears on the back roads... but sadly it seems cars of that vintage are just not meant to be driven a lot... hehe

Bloody Italians... never did learn how to build a reliable exotic...

^^ Just because some people prefer sleeker and more elegant looking Lamborghini's over the ones that are overdone and have unnecessary body cladding like this Countach, doesn't make them "pussy Lambo haters"!

This Countach is a prime example of what NOT to do to a supercar. This body kit looks like any other cheap body kit you would see on those stupid tuner cars that add the ridiculous plastic fake spoiler or a useless ground effect plastic parts, which serve only one purpose, to show how bad your taste of style is!

And this one was done by the company itself, which makes it even worse.

^^^ Not just because of the wing. Look at that nasty and unnecessary, plastic ground effect kit.

Compare the two cars, and tell me that the one on the top doesn’t look exceptionally better, pure and clean, and the one on the bottom has an unnecessary plastic ugliness stuck to it.

If the model number of the car on eBay (LP500S) is correct, then the bottom portion is custom add on, and a really nasty one at that. Since the factory LP500S car only comes with the spoiler and the wheel fenders.

The top one is in the factory kit. It looks a bit better then the one on eBay, but still need to get rid of the wheel fenders or at least the huge wing.

On the bottom one we can see how poorly they tried to duplicate the later Countache (LP500 QuattroValvole) with the similar ground effect kit. But the way this one was executed is just horrid to look at. Notice how the bottom of the car doesn’t line up with the raised front. Again, pretty Nasty.

he's a corvette driver, style isn't his thing....just let it go man

r2r is absolutely right...any Lambo PURIST will not like this car....but the boys with posters on their walls who don't know much about Lambos will love this bodykit-fitted mutant.
spoken like a true coffee-shop cruising poser....

Uhm - if the "body kit" (which is only an add-on rocker panel) bothers you that much - simply remove it after you buy the car...

You are buying the car - Right??

Oh - and if you "purists" knew anything about anything, you would know the fender flares help house wider wheels.. but I guess it's more stylinsh to remove the flares and have the wheels sticking out the body line...

The Countach was never a fine handling car, the wheel fenders and a wider track were basically meant for looks. And if I had to pick I would go for the original one with the narrower width and without wheel fenders.

And when I said the factory (LP500S) car still needs to lose the wheel fenders and/or the wing, I was saying it not literary, I was simply saying it would look better like the previous Countaches without those add-ons, like some LP400S without the spoiler from the factory or the LP400 without any of those things!
