Default Pics - Street legal 1700hp, 700cui '78 Ford Granada

It's one of two engines buildt, from "Animal-Jim", Pro-Mod 1992 world record holder. Street legal car, and if I remember right, he also pulls his caravan with this.

Engine:
Ford Motor Sport, MM Racing whole aluminum
*700cui, 11,5litres
*250kgs
*1700hp

All that effort and money for an awesome drive train... only to put it into the equivelant of a Ford Crown Victoria.... the blandest, ugliest and most boringly uninspired sedan on the planet...

And which is it?

302ci or 700ci? 1700hp from 700ci is not that impressive.

Yeah right... :roll:

1200+hp from 364ci is what you can get from a blown Chevy LS2 motor..

And again - what size is the engine? 5l or 11l?

or even more but it imposible i think make more than 3000hp in a regular car

What do you mean if the "Japs" had that car. Didnt someone make 2100 hp on a 442. Why yes they did johnny, at 9000rpm on a big block no less. Not sure if this was posted here or on tremek so heres the link anyhow.
