Default SLR McLaren, Maybach @ Polo event in St.Moritz PART3

next batch of picture of the St.Moritz weekend
todays set contains the pictures I've taken from the interiour of the SLR and a Maybach 62 as well as open-door and engine-/rims picture
so, the saturday pictures are done, about 120pics and the movies taken on sunday will be online asap but first I'll be on vacation for one week

Enjoy 8)

the space in the SLR is big enough for 1.87m tall person, I felt more comfortable than in the Vanquish (regarding head clearence and feld of view)...

what you see from the inside
8)

against the sun

one of the crew opened the hood - here's the beast

Maybach interiour pictures, amazing roof

8)

why do they need a fur to cover the seats ? no heating included ? or to prevent the seats from damages, scratches

I asked for additional information about the cars and got:

THIS
a book and a brochure (prize list), of course well done, high quality

unbelievable, the Maybach-book (left picture, top-left) is only about materials they use in the car, nothing else ; the brochure on the down-left side is kind of a magazine with stories about the car, the events,...

I'll try to scan some of the content for you guys, be patient

in case you missed the previous sets

Nice bunch of pictures! The SLR looks pretty damn good...and I like the engine bay. Thanks for sharing.

edit: Finally got a chance to take a close look at all those pictures...and one thing I have to say, its a fucking shame they don't offer the SLR with a manual. I hope there is some plan to offer a manual, or at least F1-style gearbox in the future, over how ever many 1000s of SLRs they are going/planning to build.
