Default Big Problem with Recycle Bin

I open it and the folder is empty,
yet I go to "clean recycle bin"
and it says would you like to remove "WINDOWS"
I did a scan nothing came up?
Does anyone know what is going on?

maybe microsoft can finally recognize itself as trash

seriously, i can't rememeber. I know one of my computers had that problem for awhile, but i can't rememebr what the hell we did to fix it i want to say we had to run it in safe mode and go hunting through folders, but thats about the best help i can give you Sorry Toronto, hope you can figure it out.

It's happened to me before as well. Restarting the computer made it go away. LOL

sounds like u have some spyware on ur comp, I had the same problem and what I did was went in safe mode and then did a search of any spyware on my comp and deleted the program(s) manually and the problem went away when I reset the comp.
