winterpicture of a frozen lake,
Hi
this recent picture show the Engadin valley (in Switzerland) with a frozen lake. For a short time, ice skating was possible on the so called "Black Ice". - then the snow covered the ice.

Very nice! I rarely saw the lakes near St. Moritz with no snow on them! It is pretty rare!

@twboy1999 the white "bubbles" are snowcrystals on the ice, not bubbles in the ice ...
there are bubbles and cracks in the ice (ehite line acrosss the picture, small line of snow), sometimes you even can hear the ice cracking
