It seems to be a conversion done by a company called ABC-Exlusive, Bonn Germany

I think the wheelarches on that thing are just too much, especially with the low 'hip-line' of the convertible. The coupé in your second post looks better IMO. Almost like an enlarged 3.0 CSL...
