Default D-Type in Brazil

Parked near a newsstand .... according to the owner this car race in Le Mans in 1955 until 1957, I believe it's unique in Brazil 8)

Why is it parked randomly on the street?
The owner is 10 feet away, in the newstand. It is in the heart of a region with the most expensive houses in São Paulo/Brazil.
It is safe parked there.

Hmm, not really the kind of car I'd use as a daily driver, but awesome nonetheless.
