Default what channel should i watch to see F1 racing

the subject is kind of self explainitory, im just wondering if im missing out on anything

Speed Channel
for those who are living in Canada, we can choose between Speed and TSN
I prefer TSN coz' it comes with ITV commentary

I live in the uk so i can either watch it on ITV(free) or Sky Sports(5.99 permonth)
so which do u think i watch
