McLaren F1! It looks wonderful with the super-high quality carbon fiber and the three seats with the driver pushed forward of the two passengers. Of course I love the F1 so I am biased.

What do you mean beautiful? If you meant design, materials, build quality, tactility, and exclusitivity, then my vote goes to the Lambo Murcielago. Audi quality matched with Italian exuberence.

Yes I meant design, materials, and haptic.
Or much more simple, the one you like most/would like to have in you car
Pictures are welcome
My favorites Lamborgini Diablo, i like the low seatposition colour and combination of alcantara and leather. The Ferrari Tesstaorossa Koenig Specials. The old 911 for its simple beauty, the 996s because of the dynamic lines.

The Zonda, because it harks back to an era when every car was hand crafted to each customers needs.

The Pagani Zonda clearly has the best looking interior of all time. I mean, just look at it!

Zonda gets my vote -stunning is an understatement - especially when it can be made bespoke to suit each customers requirements.

I love the interior of the Alfa Romeo 156. I don't have to explain this one, do I?
Also, the interior of the Audi Le Mans Quattro, unveiled at the IAA this year, appeals to me. It's racy, cool and comfortable at the same time. It also resembles the cockpit of a jet fighter somewhat.
The Zonda's interior is very original, but the periscope-style vents and the big slab of aluminium with those unstylish (and far too big) letters spelling 'Zonda' ruin it for me. Same with the telephone dial and gearlever of the Koenigsegg.
EDIT: forgot about the interior of the Aston Martin DB9. It's fabulous.
Unfortunately I can't find a picture of the dials, which look great as well.

I really like the masarati coupe/spyder interior myself.Plenty of leather plus that carbon fiber wheel and trim option.I wish they would have made the guages like more sporty though. Most of the newer ferrari's interior are pretty nice as well.

The DB9 has a great interior, so does the Carrera GT...you wouldn't expect so much luxury in a car like that, but damn does it ever have alot.
