yeah that was crazy.

the braking was where the nsx acceled the most. unreal.

from the apex on they were pretty even untill the skyline straightened.. then it was goodnight to honda.

very cool battle
really interesting to see grip vs. power on-track and in such close racing.

Brilliant video! NSX sounds sweet indeed, nice induction bark! Anyone knows what the modifications on this car are?

The guy in the skyline just didnt appear to be on it to the extent that the NSX was, i dont think the difference in mechanical grip between the two cars was only the cause of the cornering speed differences.
That skyline was pretty dam rapid in a straight line though! and that 300zx must be as quick if not quicker!
I'd like to see more action of this race series, it looks exciting!

Here's another video from the same site, some pretty close racing there!

Pretty sure that NSX has individual throttle bodies, the sounds is just awesome!

DAMN! That's what I like to hear...a great sounding NSX. Those boys were really going at it too, and a nice contrast between straight-line speed and cornering prowess. 8)

Thanks.

Fantasic videos.

Those are Ricers wet dreams to the max...

A couple things though - it would seem the NSX driver really has good track knowledge - he was making confident choices to pass outside/inside at various times giving up a pass to set himself up for a better inside or outside line in the upcoming corner - and then pass.

Also, those guys are on the very ragged edge... the ragged edge that is very far away from any of those cars in stock form.

I mean when he and the black Skyline had to checkup for the white car going off they both ended up oversteering there way through - probably only skill and experience kept them out of the inside runoff.

Very nice demonstartion of how modified cars are no real representation of their stock counterparts...
