Default Aug 14-15: 996 GT3, NSX(s) and night shots

The cars first:

A couple of NSX in the local dealership! VERY rare around here!

And a nice black GT3 (hoping it's not just a well done .. the driver seat seems to be right, but since the owner was around I preferred not to go close to check out

Yesterday it was a windy day and the lake got some strange colors!

Now for some night shots took the past night.. sadly Lausanne doesn't have a marvellous skyline or many places were to take cool pics..
these are some old buildings/hotels on the lake shore and a pic of another A4 LOL

And what about this train loaded with Lada Niva? LOL

Ah, and since I saw a crash too...

luckily nothing serious

I'm sorry dude, but really, it's basically just point-and-shoot here

Basically I find the right location, I place the camera on the tripod (A must), I set the timer so I won't touch it while the pic will be taken, then I do some tries with the shutter speed setting only... the pics of the buildings are all shoot with shutter between 13 and 8 seconds I think.. F varies from 3.2 to 5 if I'm not wrong...

Night pics always turn out quite good even for newbies like me

Picture door open and picture door closed -> Photoshop to merge.

Exatly, and just the layer with the "inside" was made a little bit transparent to make it less "brutal"

Again you just need a tripod and possibly a remote control, so you are sure you won't move the camera not even a millimeter you then shoot two pics and then you play with them (same technique used for the silver A4 in front of the staircase some days ago)
In this case I didn't really invested much time into some proper merging/blending, it could be done much better than that by a pro PS user

Ive never been to emarrased to go up to some one with a nice car. Hell i walked up to a Z06 and start starring at it like a baby with candy, and the owner started telling me what he had done. Lets just say it can get loose in 3rd gear. I think he sais hes gonna procharge it. But he has a Cam, exhaust, headers, the normal stuff with american v8s.

Dont worry too much about the beauty of Lausanne, once i think that the building pics, and the first pic of Lausanne(the pic that shows the sky) are enough to describe the beauty of Lausanne...in addition to the clean and neat streets, the reputation of a peaceful place to stay.......

On the other hand, the pics of the 911 and the NSX are great indeed even though i prefer the shape of the firsts NSX rather than the news´s one
