AGAIN... the 3 last winners, RX8, STI or 350Z
well, second time posting this but i am really confused, help me out plz.!!
the 97/98 vette is out of the list.... too old, crapy interior.
the STI if the fastest on the option list, so so interior and good price, and a pretty exterior, a used one of course.
Power, 10 pts
Interior, 8.9 pts
Exterior, 9.4 pts
the 350z is fast too, and the exterior is the second one IMO, the interior is cool but it could be better, the price is fair for the power and looks, used one of course.
Power, 9.5 pts
Interior, 9.5 pts
exterior, 10 pts
the RX8 is the fast too but outpowered by the other 2, the interior is the best within the options, the exterior is perfect but i need something else to feel atracted to the car, the price is also good, used one of course (black /red leather interior)
Power, 8.9 pts
Interior, 10 pts
Exterior, 9.5
ok, with all the examination process, i decided that i really dont need the most powerfull car on earth, the 3 cars are perfect and fast, i feel totally atracted with the 3 interiors, the prices are ok,
i know if a buy a 350z i'll be riding with style and power
the sti, would be a a more casual car but powerfull
the rx8 wold fit my age and the power is decent,
wich one i should take? , FG

I really don't know; that's why I'll throw this out. Would the RX-8 be convenient to service where you live?

The sti of course , is a much faster and fun to drive car , the 350z is ugly imo

ya, i'd say STi hands down, but then again i'm an STi fanatic. my next choice would be te rx-8 b/c of the rotary engine and style, and the 350z would be last on my list.

STi IMO...
Not a fan of the 350Zs looks, but it is RWD so that's a plus, but the STi is faster.
I like the RX-8, but not enough power for me.

i think listening to others preference wont help u alot. well i think u have to do or think abt a few things first
1. test drive all three cars
2. think abt what u going to use the car for. if u gonna race with ppl everyday then take the fastest car, which is the STi. if u often need to ride more than two ppl, then forget abt Z. If u want to impress girls, then i guess rx and z would be better choice.
3. think abt if u get one of the three cars, will u feel bad or regreted when u see the other two cars in the future. i personally have this kind of feeling, everytime i c Z4 on the street i ask myself why the helll i went for Merc C320  . its not a bad car at all but just hoping for something more sporty and stylish.

Bleh? You think the RX-8 and 350Z have a better looking exterior and interior than the Sti!? The Sti should be the best in every category, including practicality. Go for the STI man!

My friend was looking into either buying a STi, a G35 coupe, a 350z or a RX8. Both the RX8, and the 350z were cut off the list (The RX8 just isn't as pretty in person as it is in pictures, and seating in the back is not comfortable, the 350z is only a 2 seater, and though it looks great, it isn't very practical as an everyday ride). We went car shopping (testing) on friday, but didn't get a chance to test drive the STi at the dealership since they didn't have a demo model on their lot but we did get a chance to take a look at the one in the dealership. The interior isn't terrible, but it's far from the near 9 point rating you gave it. seats are wonderful, seating in the rear is almost 'adequate', but other then that it really does feel like it has a chevy interior (sorry RC). The outside however, is much better looking than you'd expect (from looking at the pictures).
I know the g35 isn't on your list but it might be something you wanna think about. The retail price of the 6 speed coupe is almost the same as the STi, so it should still be in your price range. Interior is great (lots of leather, nice seats with good lateral support, great sound system and a navi system if you want it. In the rear the headroom isn't fantastic, but it has decent leg room. The reason it might be of interest is because it shares the same engine/transmission/drivetrain as the 350z, and they both are on similar platforms. It handles and stops as well as a 350z, and that's not an exaggeration. And most importantly it's fun to drive (at least when i gave it a spin). When compared to a STi (just by the numbers), it's a bit slower, just like the 350z but it really is a few classes above it in interior comfort. If you're planning on buying a car you wanna use everyday for a few years this might be something else you wanna look into. I really fell in love with it after riding in it.

well callen, each time ppl ask this things i feel proud. my parents are against me, but i am currently working on a project called MX RACING its a service store dedicated to service all types of motorcycles, from motoX, to racing, to mail man bikes, we are about to start, no money yet, but we are on a negotiation of some contracts (4), each will give us almost 10,000usd$, so that would mean 40,000usd$ a month, divided 3 = almost 14,000 to each, (we are 3 partners), FG, and i dont have to worry for anything else cuz my parents give me food, home and education, TG, so i am lookinf for a 25,000usd$ car (top),and this car will be a second car, my daily will be a mazda3 1.6l, i just have to work hard 3 months to get my car, and them every penny will be invested in the bussines
