Why would anyone create a jet-engined dragster? Jet engines have poor acceleration...

Stick to the lawyering old chap - leave the technical analysis to the gear heads

There is nothing slow about rocket (and by proxy, jet) power... nothing.

I never said slow. But they take their time. The higher the frequency of revolutions, the easier it is for jet engines to achieve maximum thrust, so over a short dragstrip from a standstill start, it's got limited advantage.
