Default Car Spottings: Philadelphia, NYC, Boston; Update: 9/18/07

Recently I went on a trip and visited Philadelphia, New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut, Boston, and Providence (Rhode Island, but I was only there for a hour or so). It was a nice trip and I saw some parts of NYC I hadn't seen before. Boston is a really nice city for sight seeing on foot, I wish I could have stayed there longer! I of course brought my camera with me and took pictures whenever I spotted a good car and had enough time to get my camera out.

Update 09/18/07 Boston

Audi RS6 V10  Super cool & understated; also a nice cousin of the RS6, Gallardo

997 GT3!; S55 & SL55

A nice sound from this 328 out for a cruise.

Classic Porsche 911 8)

S65, not quite as nice looking as the last model IMO, but still cool

Update 09/15/07 NYC

New York City:

Informal Friday evening car-guy gathering in a suburb of NYC:

Supercharged Viper GTS with 998RWHP on race gas and NOS. Also is one of the very first GTS Vipers, #35. According to the owner, it will scare the shit out of you all the way through 4th gear.

Old Ferrari 308 that has sat idle for 2 years, just look at the poor interior.

Downtown Philly:

TT is this your kind of Ducati?

Muscle Car Show:

Mustang G.T.350, although I don't think its a real one:

Nice group of Motorcycles:

Nice shots. Where was that muscle car show? Looks like a nice gathering in the woods.

Thanks, the muscle car show was in a suburb of Philadelphia and being in the woods kept it from getting too hot which was nice.

Yup, that's a Monster, but hell, that rear plate support is hideous!

Thanks for the pics!

Dude.. you were in my home town. What in the hell were you doing in Tappan? That shot of the blue Viper is literally 3 minutes from me.

They usually have classic/muscle car gatherings there in the summer, awesome you caught that show!

Haha, no shit really? For some reason I thought you lived in Boston. Yeah, I stayed at a relative's house, and they told me...you know there's usually a little car show that goes on Friday evenings you should check it out. It was only about 5mins away from where I was staying and just complete luck that I happened to be there at the right time.

I go to school and work in Boston... but that's about to change this spring when I get my damn degree.

But I am usually down here in NY on the weekends for family, friends, and shifter karting.

Man that's so weird to see car sighting pics from that plaza!
