Default The Most Gorgeous Ford GT Yet....

http://www.fast-autos.net/vehicles/M.../2007/Ford_GT/

Simply stunning. Every single pic is a worthy desktop background!!! I cant waite until I can see this thing at the track. Looks like it will finally provide something to compete with the mighty Corvette Z06 in this category as the Ferrari's and Porsches dont really seem able to.......

I can see it now: Ford Gt and Corvette in a one-two finish with the Euro's brining up the rear.

I have a few photos of one of these to post from behind the pits at Silverstone. Standing at the end of the pit straight looking towards the first corner, the two GTs in the race consistently fired bursts of flame from the exhausts, which was spectacular to watch, and they also sounded rather good too. 8)

In terms of race results though, I saw a Ferrari 430 take the race win followed closely by two Lamborghini Gallardos. The highest placed American car was a Viper Competition Coupe in 12th and the one Ford GT that finished the race came 16th. I wasn't there on the Saturday, so I only saw the second race.

Bad ass indeed. This car's tracor and trailer were sitting at Spa on Saturday. Probably some testing but no sign of the car. The trailer is just as bad ass

Just read this on the GT3 site:

look great indeed, but FIA GT3 has so many great cars, hard to decide on a favourite... if only some of those cars moved up to GT2 and raced at Le Mans but not gonna happen in the near future AFAIK

glad to hear they won a race though, i think every1 is sympathetic of this car

Car is really pretty. Wish Ford was doing better maybe they would, that would be something to see.
